Subject: [PATCH 1/4] fix(web): name the step that registers a mobile client

The Mobile clients empty state said "Sign in to T3 Code on your iPhone",
which reads as satisfied by signing in to the mobile app and pairing it to an
environment. That does not register a device: registration needs a T3 Connect
token, so a phone paired directly over a LAN or Tailscale link leaves the
page empty with nothing to act on, and the copy gives no way to tell why.

Say which sign-in registers a device, and say plainly that direct pairing is
not it.

Subject: [PATCH 2/4] fix(web): do not imply T3 Connect is the pairing
 transport

The previous wording ruled out LAN and Tailscale by name, which reads as
"pair through T3 Connect or the device will not register". Registration only
needs the account sign-in; the connection a phone uses to reach an
environment is unrelated.
