Auto-switch to threads that need input (opt-in, for multitasking)

I run several projects/threads at once and miss when a background thread finishes or stops for approval — the toast/sound tells me, but I still have to click through.

Proposal: opt-in Auto-switch client setting (default off) with modes Off / Needs input only / Needs input or done. When a background thread hits that state while I am focused in the app on a different thread, jump straight to it using the same navigation the "Open thread" toast uses (ThreadNotificationCoordinator).

Suggested rules to keep it minimal and non-disruptive:

• never switch if already viewing that thread, or thread is archived
• Needs input only jumps on approval/input/failed, not on every completion
• only when the window is focused and visible (background case stays as notification/toast)
• default off, per-device client setting like notificationMode

This reuses the existing rising-edge detection in ThreadNotificationCoordinator, so it should be a ~50-line change plus tests. Would this be welcome as a small PR?
