Single tracker for review findings deferred out of PR scope.
- feat: implement issue #134 — Compliance: stub-surface-drift-pr-auto-review.yml-concurrency #135 (CodeRabbit comment IC_kwDOTLoODM8AAAABVtpWNg): Security Architecture hardening proposal — verify the shared readiness workflow's cancellation contract (interrupted runs leave no stale state, replacements revalidate, retries idempotent). Lives in the external reusable workflow in petry-projects/.github, not this repo.

Deferred from PR #135 (CodeRabbit summary comment, node IC_kwDOTLoODM8AAAABVtpWNg, Security Architecture Review; see #135 (comment) for the disposition): Hardening proposal — verify the shared readiness workflow's cancellation contract (interrupted runs leave no stale authoritative state, replacement runs revalidate readiness, retries idempotent). The reusable workflow lives in petry-projects/.github, outside this PR.
