Problem

When requesting development work through GitHub Copilot (especially via mobile), there's currently no way to:

• View the status of running agent requests
• Monitor token/resource consumption in real-time
• Cancel or stop long-running agent tasks
• See a history of agent requests across repositories

This is particularly problematic since agent requests consume Copilot tokens, but users have no visibility or control once a request is submitted.

Proposed Solution

Add a centralized Copilot Agent Dashboard that provides:

1. Active Tasks View - List of all currently running agent requests across repositories
2. Progress Indicators - Real-time status of what each agent is doing
3. Resource Tracking - Token consumption and estimated completion time
4. Cancel/Stop Controls - Ability to abort requests that are taking too long or going in the wrong direction
5. Request History - Past agent requests and their outcomes

Use Case

I submitted a development request via GitHub Copilot mobile 20 minutes ago. I have no way to check if it's still running, how much progress has been made, or whether I should cancel it if it's stuck. Since this uses my Copilot quota, I should have visibility and control over these operations.

Additional Context

This would improve user trust and resource management, especially for users on usage-based plans.
