There's no polite way to put how wild this is. It's really frustrating me

So I've ran into some payment issues with my account, I needed to update my Billing Information. I opened a ticket #3199750 on the 24th of January 2025, it's been a year – still no response from the support team even though I reminded about myself having a problem for a dozen of times. What do I do? A simple question is taking an absurdly long time to answer.
