Currently, Environment Deployment Protection Rules (required reviewers, wait timers) are exclusive to GitHub Enterprise for private repositories. For organizations on the GitHub Team plan, these are only available for public repositories. We are requesting that GitHub reconsider this limitation or offer these features as a "pay-as-you-go" add-on for private repositories on the Team plan
