Locked out of account

Hi everyone,

I know that this is not the place to ask for my ticket to be seen, although I'm not sure if I appealed at the correct spot either.

I received a email 4 days ago that my education status could not be verified, when I went to check my account, it was suspended. I applied for reinstatement although I've gotten no response for 4 days so I'm not sure if my appeal went through, is in the right place or is ignored.

I've seen sometimes via a google search that making a post here has led to staff checking the tickets, although it shouldn't be that way, all tickets should be checked. I'm losing a ton of work and time as I own a pretty big open source project.

Hey @queenofcorgis, sorry for the tag.

Aware that this isn't the place for it, although was wondering if there is a fee I can pay to get my ticket looked at quicker? If so, where can I do that?
