Unable to expand github actions steps

In the GitHub Actions UI, job steps are not expandable because the expand/collapse icon is missing. This makes it impossible to view step-level logs unless they are already expanded by default.

What’s happening:

• Workflow runs complete successfully
• Job steps are listed (e.g., setup, terraform init/plan, post-job cleanup)
• No chevron/expand icon is visible next to the steps
• Clicking on the step name does nothing

Expected behavior:

• Each step should show an expand/collapse control to allow viewing detailed logs.

Environment:
Browser: (observed in standard desktop browser)
Repository: Private
Runner: GitHub-hosted runner

Impact:
Hard to debug workflows since step logs cannot be accessed individually.

Let me know if this is a known UI issue or if there’s a workaround.
