Of the 4 deployment related events, three of them (deployment, deployment_status, deployment_protection_rule) directly provide detail about the deployment on which the notification is associated but deployment_review do not.

We get details about the workflow runs associated with the review, and in it we get the environment associated but no details about the associated deployment(s)
