Choose: ✅ “Billing and Payments”

Because GitHub Sponsors is payout + Stripe + tax related, it comes under payments/billing review.

After selecting “Billing and Payments”, write in the message:

“I applied for GitHub Sponsors (username: pan-k15). My application has been pending review for ~6 months. Please check if Stripe verification/tax/profile requirements are missing and escalate to the Sponsors review team.”

That’s the correct category to reach the right team.
