Discount Request Issue When Submitting Certification #184241

I have experienced exactly the same issue. From what I've seen on the discussions here, there is either a pending request, which we can not see, but someone will hopefully soon do something about it or there is a systemic issue, like the on back in last october. Does anyone else know anything? If anyone had this issue before, how long did you have to wait to resolve it? Thanks! |

It seems like my student application was still ongoing in the background. However, after that ending (in about 1-2 days), the "Start an application" button is now clearly blocked, seemingly because my student status was approved. Is there any way to apply to change it to a teacher status, should I open a ticket about this, does anyone know anything? Thanks! |

I am writing to report an error I encountered while trying to submit my certification on your platform.
When I proceeded with the certification submission process, the system prompted an error message that reads as follows:
Errors: Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: You have an outstanding discount request for @Kirityou7
I am confused about this error because I was not initiating a discount request during the certification submission, and I am not sure how to resolve the outstanding discount request mentioned for @Kirityou7.
Could you please assist me in verifying the status of this outstanding discount request and provide guidance on how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this so that I can successfully complete my certification submission.
