Github Student application still not approved with no update after nearly 2 months

Hi everyone,

I applied for the student plan before my course started at the beginning of September, and it is currently nearly the end of October and it has not been approved. I cannot submit another application or submit a ticket to the support team as it wont let me. It says it can take up to 4 days, or a little longer during busy periods, and that they deal with applications in order of receiving them, however people have applied after me and gotten approved in a few days, and I am still waiting. Any way to cancel and re submit or submit a ticket?

Two months is unusual; it usually takes a couple of weeks at most. I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
