Hi @alyhu08, First of all, the error is due to the fact that it's a PDF file; only PNG or JPG files are allowed. I also recommend you translate your academic proof from Chinese to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. For further reference, take a look at this discussion : #164204 If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi, I’m a student in the Post-Baccalaureate Program in AI at National Open University in Taiwan. I’ve submitted my student ID in PDF format multiple times, but my GitHub Education Pack application keeps getting rejected with “Photo invalid” errors.
My GitHub profile is complete, 2FA is enabled, and my bio clearly states my student status. Unfortunately, my school does not provide direct support for GitHub applications.
Is there any way to trigger manual review or get support for this issue? I would really appreciate any guidance.
