Enable 2FA first Your GitHub profile / billing page must reflect your full legal name exactly as it appears on the proof you upload. If your account has a nickname, initials, or missing surname, the system may reject you also , some users had trouble because their browser/device didn’t provide camera/location permissions |

Sorry but how do you get to upload documents? You just start an application like normal, right? In my case, it didn't even give me an option to upload documents and just ask for my school email, which my school doesn't provide me |

Hi @vdacun1, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript and don't use a VPN. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. I followed all the required steps, including uploading my student verification document and using an academic email (or any other required criteria), but I can't complete the process, and my application is being rejected without a clear reason.
I’ve reviewed the official instructions and everything seems correct. I’d appreciate any guidance on what might be going wrong or if there’s a direct support channel for cases like this.
Thank you in advance for your help!
