Find references across repositories

Related to #8593, I think it would be useful to have the Find all references option that we usually have in IDEs to work across different repositories.

Use case: In our organization there is a "commons" library used in different projects and when I modify something in the commons library I have to update those other projects so it would be useful to have an easy way to find where something is used (like a class or interface).
