A small "try regex" popup tool

A small, on page popup, "try regex" utility would be nice. So that users will try their GitHub CS specific regex on dummy text before doing actual search.
This will save people from doing trial and error searches and may reduce some load on the servers, e.g. refer Extremely slow queries discussion.
