Both verification arms returned PASS with no MAJOR findings, so the entry leaves the queue under the remove-on-completion rule. The "Supplementary references" heading stays: the system-prompts release-notes page sits under it as a separate concurrent run, and its own queue PR removes the heading once it empties.
