That's their hosted service which is not the same thing as the released model. Those controls look to be inputs to an LLM that is rewriting your prompts sent to their service, which of course we don't have any part of their prompt rewriting tools available (though you can put your own together with eg the MagicPrompt extension that does a similar concept).
