…build support SDK: update SandboxFull.phase and current_policy_version to read from Sandbox.status (status.phase, status.current_policy_version) following the v0.0.56 proto refactor that reserved both top-level fields. Build: rewrite tasks/scripts/docker-build-local.sh to support multi-arch builds via Docker Build Cloud. Adds PLATFORM, PUSH, and DOCKER_BUILDER env vars; switches output between --load (single-arch local) and --push (multi-arch cloud) automatically; passes --builder to ce_build for cloud dispatch.
