Summary

This PR adds animated icon transitions for state-changing controls across the LibreChat client. It introduces a shared MorphIcon export backed by morphicons/react, replaces separate Lucide icon swaps in chat, message, agent, artifact, sharing, prompt, skill, MCP, theme, secret-input, badge, and data-table flows, and adds reusable Jest mocks with focused tests.

The change keeps controls visually stable while their state changes and gives both client packages one consistent integration point.

Testing

To reproduce the primary validation:

npm ci
npm run build
cd client && npm run typecheck

The changed files also pass ESLint, Prettier, and import sorting. Focused tests cover the new shared components and affected client behaviors.

Successful test results:

focused client tests: 6 suites, 103 tests
focused shared-client tests: 3 suites, 39 tests
full client tests: 307 suites, 3,881 tests
shared-client tests: 13 suites, 159 tests
data-provider tests: 28 suites, 1,472 passed and 1 skipped
data-schemas tests: 54 suites, 1,907 tests
config tests: 4 suites, 23 tests
agent integration tests: 1 suite, 28 tests
isolated Mongo API parity test: 16 tests

Environment and repository baseline notes:

the aggregate API run passed 3,507 tests and skipped 2, but 12 live Anthropic response tests returned HTTP 500
the root lint script currently crashes in its legacy brace glob with TypeError: expand is not a function; an equivalent full-tree ESLint run reports 118 existing issues in untouched files
the full Prettier check reports two existing untouched files, and the repository import check reports existing violations; every changed file passes both checks
cache integration tests require redis-server, which is not installed in this environment
mock E2E built and started its local services, but Playwright's pinned Chromium binary was unavailable and its browser download stalled after reaching 100 percent

The SSE conflict recovery test treated a new session id as a finished reconnect. initialize assigns that id before connectClient emits connected, so isConnected() can still be false. Wait for a live connection on the rebuilt session instead.
