Example Workflows

This folder contains some example workflows, namely

• downscale.py: Downscaling raw data.
• multicut.py: Compute multicut segmentation.
• postprocessing.py: Postprocess segmentation.
• skeletons.py: Skeletonize segmentation.

You can download the example data derived from the cremi challenge or try it on your own data.
