Subject: [PATCH] fix: remove content offset from stickyHeaderConfig.offset
 spacer

viewToMeasureBoundedSize applied marginTop: stickyHeaderOffset which
shifts all list content down by the offset amount, not just the
sticky pin position (see #2419).
