Renames the .NET solution, MAUI app, Core, API, Web, and Tests technical identities from BillWatch to FullWorth; updates CI and production Docker build paths; and preserves legacy compatibility identifiers that protect existing sessions, encrypted Plaid tokens, database configuration/schema history, and installed-app identity. This intentionally does not rename production domains, environment-variable contracts, persistent storage paths, database/schema names, or other operational compatibility identifiers yet.
