Dodo Payments revenue adapter: planned, or open to a PR?

Hi! I self-host Open Analytics and my product bills through Dodo Payments, which shows as "Coming soon" under Integrations ({ id: 'dodo', available: false } in revenue-providers.ts).

Two questions before writing any code:

1. Is someone already working on the Dodo adapter, or is it planned soon? I'd rather not duplicate work.
2. If not, would you accept a PR for it?

What I have in mind, following the Polar adapter since Dodo also signs webhooks with Standard Webhooks:

• credential check with the customer's Dodo API key (test and live mode)
• webhooks: payment.succeeded, refund.succeeded, plus the subscription events needed to tell renewals apart
• backfill sync through Dodo's paginated payments and refunds endpoints
• normalization into RevenueObservation, with unit tests like polar-revenue-normalize.test.ts, and the contract and catalog tests updated
• the Integrations card and docs, and the order_id recipe for Dodo (payment id on the return URL)

I can test it end to end against Dodo test mode. Happy to sign the CLA and to follow whatever shape you'd prefer.
