Real, adversarially-verified (2-independent-skeptic pass, 0 refuted of 19 raised) bugs in the review/scoring decision-making core: slop scorer false positives/negatives, duplicate-winner and linked-issue claim priority, contributor-cap approval-queue dead action, RAG prompt-injection bypass, public-comment sanitizer gaps, rate-limit bypasses, self-tune/auto-apply override safety. Found via a full-system adversarial audit, 2026-07-15.
