Migrated to ITK main

As of 2026-05-07, the SubdivisionQuadEdgeMeshFilter module has been ingested into the main ITK repository at Modules/Filtering/SubdivisionQuadEdgeMeshFilter and the standalone remote module is no longer maintained here.
