Blob Pump

Copies directories from Azure Blob storage to local disk/NAS using rclone.

• Filters directories by date format prefix, e.g. 20260120_any_name
• Configure each blob container to copy in config.json
• Generate a SAS URL for the container to copy, with Read and List permissions.
