Able to make invalid Selection

Current Behavior

Currently, you can make a selection that is not playable by dragging backward (I start on measure 3 and drag to measure 1 for example).

Expected Behavior

The selection logic should always correct the ordering by putting the earlier tick first.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any song.
2. Start a selection somewhere on measure 2
3. Drag to measure 1.
4. Hit play (nothing will happen)
